When I purchased my Cricut I bought a bunch of their vinyl to go with it.  I quickly found that with all the projects I wanted to do it was going to be very expensive if I stayed with Cricut brand alone.  After some research and reading reviews I found a couple of brands to try.  Through trial and error I’ve found some good ones that are equal to or better than Cricut. I am a Starbucks cup junky. I probably have about a dozen in different sizes, shapes, and designs. The one problem with this addiction is the cost!  20 dollars for a cup that I may love but is definitely not personalized can get pricey. And the way I can go through these cups make it worse. Well Vicki started to make her own tumblers. The beauty of it...personalization!!!  You can pick an fabric, a vinyl, even just a color. You can pick spray paint, alcohol, or glitter. Sooo many choices. And guess what?!  It is not nearly as expensive.  Granted I don't have to pay for everything involved in making it, but still. So, when I was looking for speakers for the Sewing Summit and Vicki was planning on visiting. I may have encouraged (aka: pulled the think of the opportunities card) and asked Vicki to do a class. Of course she took the opportunity to have me included.  Vicki has sent videos of her creations via text (we live a few states away) but I have never seen the whole process. This

My life took a turn in January where I quit a job with plans to start a new one after some downtime.  I wanted to take some time that I hadn't been taking and go back to doing things that made me happy.  One of the big things was crafting.  My life had been stressful and I hadn't been doing something that I loved.  With more free time I wanted to try out all sorts of new crafts.  With the world closed I've been able to perfect new crafts.  I figured at most my new crafting projects would just be something I would pawn off on family.  I ended up loving making custom tumblers and have been branching out from just glitter to fabric and paint.  There is only so many people in my life I can pawn stuff off on before the price of the craft is too much and it would probably be wise to sell the finished product.  In comes my sisters asking me to demo a fabric tumbler for an event for their employer.  With this demonstration comes having a new blog and long list of things I have to g
